The ER:LC Discord bot that runs your whole community

A computer aided dispatch system on the web that your members sign into with Discord. Six terminals: civilian, law enforcement, fire, DOT, dispatch and staff. Characters, vehicles and real plates, records, warrants, licences and your own penal code, each server keeping its own.

The live map draws every player on the Liberty County map from the game itself, with street names, postals and teams, and 911 calls plotted where they were dialled. Draw your own regions, such as a safezone, a spawn or a district, and write rules about them. Open the CAD.

The game’s own 911 calls and moderator calls land on the dispatch board the moment they happen. Assign a unit by dragging it onto a call, and the unit is told in game where to go. Panic alerts reach everybody.

Start a session, announce it, and watch the server fill. Session votes collect the members who promise to join, start the session when enough have voted, and track who actually showed up. Boosts, low player announcements, shutdowns and a live session dashboard showing player count, queue and join code.

Staff clock on and off from Discord. On duty time is checked against who is actually in the ER:LC server, so a shift ends by itself when somebody leaves the game. Weekly quotas per board, a leaderboard, shift time added by hand, and promotions or infractions handed out automatically when a quota is met or missed.

Warnings, kicks, bans and BOLOs against in game players, filed from Discord or typed in game with a semicolon command. Ban requests can go to somebody senior for approval. Every action is logged with a reason, who issued it, and photos or clips if you attach them.

Discord moderation is built in too: warns, mutes, softbans, cases, channel locks, automod, ban appeals and an escalation ladder that punishes repeat offenders by itself. Members can report a player to staff with /report.

When something happens in game, do something about it. Kills, joins, wanted levels, 911 calls, plate checks, regions and commands, narrowed by conditions and answered with roles, Discord messages, punishments or in game commands. Built on a drag and drop canvas on the website.

Through the ER:LC event webhook, members type short commands in game chat: file a staff log, open a traffic stop, run a plate, look somebody up, acknowledge a call or raise a panic. The answer comes back to them privately.

Ticket types with their own categories, support roles and who can see them, transcripts on the website, tickets that close themselves, and an assistant that answers from your own FAQ library before a human has to.

Build applications with sections and questions, let members apply, and review them in a private channel with accept and deny buttons that hand out roles. Training sessions with stages, staff votes, promotions and an infraction history for every staff member.

Members link their Roblox account through Roblox’s own sign in, so a password is never typed anywhere but Roblox. Nicknames and roles follow automatically. How verification works.

Link separate department servers, such as police, fire or DOT, to your main server, with roles and ranks kept in step. Voice chat that follows the game moves members between voice channels by where they are in Liberty County.
